The office is situated in the centre of Seville, right next to the Cathedral. Seville is, with its approximately 700.000 inhabitants, the capital of Andalusia and the widest spread and most populated autonomous community in Spain.

Since the Expo in 1992, Seville has excellent transportation facilities (among others; an airport, a train station with the high speed train AVE). The nearby coastal regions make it possible for our clients to reach our office easily and on the other hand enable our staff to advise our clients all over Spain.

Seville is the seat of the provincial government and of all high ranking provincial authorities.

During recent years Andalusia has become especially popular among German investors. Due to the climatic and legal conditions, investments in wind parks and photovoltaic systems have strongly increased.

Even after the laws Real Decreto 661/2007(dated May 25th) and 1.578/2008 (dated September 26th) were passed, solar energy and wind energy in Spain (especially in Andalusia) still offer good opportunities for long term investments granting a profitable return.
