Hildebrand & Mariano was founded in 1999 and operates internationally.
Mr. Werner Hildebrand a German-speaking lawyer living in Seville, qualified at
the (Landgericht) regional court in Düsseldorf as well as at the Chamber of
Layers in Seville, is mainly responsible for our international clients.
In the year 2004 an official cooperation was established with lawyers and
solicitors Blaich & Partners in Stuttgart (Germany) and in 2008 a further
cooperation contract was set up with Peter Alefeld - advocate and lawyer in
Toulouse (France).
In our effort to offer our clients an all-encompassing service we established a
close cooperation with the tax consultancy Basam Capital in 2008 to ensure that
all fiscal aspects concerning the commercial activities of our clients are taken
into consideration.
In addition, our clients can rely on our staff working with different solicitors
and certified translators and we are also able to establish good contacts with
various banks and insurances.
Since 2002 our law firm is a Spanish member of the "European Legal and Business
Advisers, A.E.I.E", a cooperation of European lawyers, so that legal matters
concerning other European countries can be appropriately handled.
By employing lawyers of different nationalities the consulting and negotiations
can be carried out in the client's mother tongue e.g. local trade practises and
intercultural differences can be taken into account.
Upon the client's request, contracts and other documents can be drawn up in two
languages.
Our staff speaks several languages. General office hours are: 9:15 am to 2:15 pm
